Don’t like it? Return it.

El Schatteler is committed to your happiness. We want you to be as pleased with your purchase as we are in serving you. If you’re not happy for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of your order delivery date.

Please Note: 

— Any damage caused due to neglect, improper usage will not be covered under our Returns Policy.

— Products can only be returned if they are in an unused condition

— All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. bags must be packed in the original shipping box as well and returned), and should not be broken or tampered with. In case we receive a return product without tag or in used condition, we reserve the right to reject the return. In case of rejected return, we would ship back the product to the desired address by customer and delivery charges of Rs.250 need to paid on receipt of the rejected return. To avoid rejected return, kindly ensure the product is not used and the tags are not removed.

— In case of free/promotional products received with order, the same needs to be returned as well

— In case complimentary gift wrapping was requested and the product is returned to us, a convenience fee of Rs. 200 will be deducted from the refund amount

To return a product, please ship it back to our warehouse. Please mention the order number on the packaging. Your return needs to reach us within 30 days of the order delivery date.

Please make sure the product is properly packed to avoid any damage in transit. Once we receive and inspect the product, we would issue full refund in 1 working day.

Cancellation by El Schatteler Lifestyle India Pvt Ltd 

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations of quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in Product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by El Schatteler Lifestyle India Pvt Ltd and accept El Schatteler Lifestyle India Pvt Ltd decision regarding the cancellation.

Cancellations by the customer 

In case of requests for order cancellations, El Schatteler Lifestyle India Pvt Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been invoiced and dispatched, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. Please email to support@elschatteler.com if you wish to cancel an order before delivery.

For defect on arrival

We take immense pride in our quality control and we thoroughly and manually check every single product before dispatch including zips, slings, highlights and outer material. It is highly unlikely you would ever receive a product that is defective. However, in an unlikely event of defective product on arrival, please make sure you inform us within 3 business days from receiving the product. Post inspection of the defect, we would provide you a replacement free of cost. In case of failure to do so, we would not be able to accommodate any request regarding replacement of defective product. We would also not be able to accept defective product as return post the 3 days of reporting window.
