El Schatteler is committed to your happiness. We want you to be as pleased with your purchase as we are in serving you. If you’re not happy for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 10 days of your order delivery date. In order to make your return simple and inexpensive, it’s on the house and we’re picking up the tab! To initiate your FREE return please visit your order section in your accounts.
— Any damage caused due to neglect, improper usage will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
— Products can only be returned if they are in an unused condition
— All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. bags must be packed in the original shipping box as well and returned), and should not be broken or tampered with
— In case of free/promotional products received with order, the same needs to be returned as well
–Courier executive will attempt pick-up 3 times. In case customer is unable to hand over after 3 attempts, the scheduled pick up will be cancelled. If customer still wants to return, he/she needs to get in touch with our customer support team for scheduling another pick up. Any cost incurred for re-scheduling pick up with be charged to customer and will be adjusted from refund amount.
— If we are unable to schedule your return pick up or you choose to self-ship your returns yourself instead of using El Schatteler return logistics, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. If shipment is damaged or any item is missing, El Schatteler Lifestyle India Pvt.Ltd will not be responsible for such damages. Hence, we recommend you to use a reliable courier service. For all self-shipped returns, you will be duly reimbursed the shipping costs (Up to Rs. 200/-). Therefore, please ensure that scan copy of courier bill/receipt is shared via Contact us option available on Website/M-site. The courier bill/receipt should satisfy the following conditions for successful processing:
- It should capture the weight of the return package.
- Residential/office address, destination address, shipment date, amount and other details should be mentioned.
- The information on the receipt should NOT be edited/over-written.
- The courier charge (amount mentioned on the receipt) should not overshoot the Sender-Destination-Service combination and shall be cross checked with the courier company.
This is subject to your returns being inspected and successfully processed upon receipt at our end.
Cancellation by El Schatteler Lifestyle India Pvt Ltd
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations of quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in Product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by El Schatteler Lifestyle India Pvt Ltd and accept El Schatteler Lifestyle India Pvt Ltd decision regarding the cancellation.
Cancellations by the customer
In case of requests for order cancellations, El Schatteler Lifestyle India Pvt Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been invoiced, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount.
